Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Complaints Manager to join our team at Yü Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a complaints department.
The role involves managing complex complaints and team escalations, providing advice and guidance to ensure effective resolution. You will also be responsible for liaising between regulatory bodies, reporting monthly complaints, and implementing resolutions as required.
You will oversee priority resolution of CEO, Exco, and Board complaints, chair fortnightly Complaints meetings with Senior Stakeholders, and drive a culture of seeing complaints as a positive way to learn about customer expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a high level of performance in assigned areas of work.
