Key Responsibilities:
  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to rapidly increase our user base, leveraging ad networks and other acquisition channels.
  • Growth Hacking: Launch creative experiments using growth hacking techniques, running city-wide activations, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize our analytics tools to track user acquisition metrics, ROAS, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and frameworks to scale what works, while also embracing innovative approaches.

We're looking for a go-getter who can demonstrate success in scaling user acquisition and driving growth in D2C marketing. A genuine passion for sports and understanding of fan behavior will be a significant advantage. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand and Founding team to ensure every initiative aligns with our vision and resonates with our community.
