We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Healthcare Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all branch processes to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately.
Desirable Skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and previous customer service training (optional).
