Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage a dynamic team responsible for ICT, Health, Safety, Fire, Litigation, Audits, Performance, Complaints, Finance, Resourcing, Staff Training, and Catering
  • Design impactful training programs and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Investigate incidents and manage IT investments effectively
  • Lead performance measures, contract outcomes, and target achievement
  • Ensure compliance with policies and deliver a minimum of Level 3 HMIP ratings
