HSE Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety Trainer and Advisor to join our team at CV Library in Worcester, a leading global manufacturing company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivery of mandatory H&S training activities across a range of disciplines such as Manual Handling, Crane Training, Forklift Truck and other H&S related topics.
• Supporting the manager in identifying any training needs within the H&S arena.
• Dealing with ad hoc training activities, after accident investigations etc.
• Assisting Managers and supervisors with any H&S related training activities.

This list is not exhaustive and there will be other ad-hoc duties required within the role.

Requirements:

• Must hold industry-recognised qualifications against training activities listed above.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and deliver a range of H&S training activities.
• Good report writing skills.

Working Conditions:

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:15am – 04:30pm. Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £48,750.
