**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Booghe Toys. As a key member of our e-commerce and retail business, you will play a crucial role in curating and expanding our product assortment, ensuring a diverse and appealing range of products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Selection and Sourcing: Identify and source new and trending toys, games, and stationery to enhance our product catalogue. Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product selection.
• Marketplace Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales. Continuously improve product content for better search rankings.
• Supplier Management: Collaborate with existing suppliers and actively seek new partnerships to diversify the product range. Negotiate favourable terms, including pricing, MOQs, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Planning: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels. Utilise forecasting tools to predict demand and facilitate timely replenishment.
• Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyse market prices and competitive landscape to set competitive yet profitable pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align product assortment with promotional campaigns. Utilise supplier advertising tools to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Buyer preferably in the toys and games industry.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
