
Learning Disability Support Worker

CV-Library is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Kettering. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with ASD and complex needs. You will be required to develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of each child, working closely with the Nursery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level support to children with SEN, including developing and implementing individualized plans
- Collaborating with the Nursery team to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting children with SEN
- Effective communication with parents and carers to provide regular updates on their child's development
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities
