Job Overview

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business through effective sales strategies and techniques.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target businesses within the CreatePay ideal customer profile in your designated territory through cold calling and appointed meetings.
• Conduct in-person visits to present our payment solutions products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and tailoring product presentations accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or objections, and staying updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, with the potential to earn a six-figure income, by promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business.

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Growth Specialist, you will require:


  1. • A successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop.
    • Proven experience in a sales role, in a field sales and B2B sales capacity.
    • Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn't perfect, but we're working hard to get there.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
    • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
