Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Plexus. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of inbound material and verifying compliance with documented quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Execute repetitive and routine inspections, visual checks, and functional tests of inbound material to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Supplier Quality Technicians and Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure that all inspection activities are performed in compliance with parts specifications and their critical characteristics.
- Assure the correct identification and segregation of non-conforming material and support purges and internal screening activities.
- Communicate with Buyers and Supplier Quality Engineers on Quality and/or documental Issues and keep supervisors informed and escalate issues when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on all certifications and training requirements for the role.
- A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required; three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
