Job Title: Senior Array & Export Cables Offshore Logistics & Termination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Array & Export Cables Offshore Logistics & Termination Specialist to join our team at Mane Contract Services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of offshore logistics and termination operations for array and export cables. This will involve aligning interfaces between contractors, ensuring safe working environments, and implementing lessons learned from previous projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Align interfaces between client CON Package, ECS+T, and ACS+T Contractors.
  2. Ensure maritime logistics for Array Cable and Export Cable Contractors according to contracts.
  3. Ensure safe working environments offshore.
  4. Implement previous lessons learned related to termination scope into the project.
  5. Act as single point of contact between Termination & Testing supervisors, T&T contractor, and Technical Scope Manager.
  6. Define Package requirements for tendering of maritime logistics for ECS+T and ACS+T Packages by CON.
  7. Define Contractors' needs for Offshore Works.
  8. Coordinate load-out activities with Offshore Cable Installation department and align incoterms, tests, and hand-over certificates.
  9. Supervise load-out activities.
  10. Ensure project schedule is fully aligned with offshore termination scope.
  11. Align logistics relevant activities, including lifting, storage, vessel facilities, rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, and material flow.
  12. Manage logistics for delivery of accessories between warehouse and construction sites.
  13. Manage logistics for mobilizing supervisors and personnel to site.
  14. Ensure all contractors and client supervisors are up to date with necessary training.
  15. Review logistics, installation manuals, and site acceptance test relevant documents.
  16. Review contractor RAMS for safe and high-quality execution of offshore works.
  17. Review and register NCRs in Synergi during offshore termination scope.
  18. Map all deliverables and activities related to offshore termination works.
  19. Feed in offshore relevant logistical activities, including crew change, port call, and transfer times.
  20. Be in charge of offshore mobilization of SOV, CTV, T&T inspectors/supervisors for ECS+T and ACS+T Package scopes.
  21. Organize and chair regular logistical interface meetings with Contractors, CON Package, and relevant functions of ECS+T and ACS+T teams.
  22. Perform site visits to onshore sites, including South Korea, Taiwan, and other locations as required by the project.
Requirements:
  1. Project Manager (PMI) with good understanding and experience of Offshore Construction Management, Termination, and Testing works.
  2. Fully GWO certified for offshore visits.
  3. Skills in HV/MV cable jointing/termination, cable ladder/cleating systems, subsea cable hang off systems, earthing, and bonding of cable systems.
  4. Strong QHSE awareness in an industrial/construction/offshore sector.
  5. Ability to interpret industry standards, client TRs, and familiar with HVC and FOC testing.
  6. Familiar with high voltage equipment in general, including array cables, export cables, and associated accessories.

This is a London-based contract, and any travel required to the London office will not be compensated. The client will reimburse travel costs for site visits or business trips outside the UK.
