Salary

The salary for this position is approximately £34,280 per annum, with an additional £1,000 year-end bonus.

Additionally, the company offers a time-based bonus scheme and departmental bonus, which can increase overall earnings by up to £2,000.

About the Role

As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations and adhering to industry regulations.

You will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality results and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in automotive repair, preferably with experience in bodyshops.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of vehicle repair methods and materials.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
