**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Physics teacher and leader to join our team as the Head of Physics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Physics department, developing the curriculum, and mentoring staff to achieve academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons at all key stages including GCSE and A-Level.
  • Support and mentor staff within the department promoting professional development and growth.
  • Ensure the curriculum is innovative, challenging, and prepares students for academic success.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Physics or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level.
