Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of 10 Consultants, 4 Associate specialists, 2 speciality doctors, and 5 junior clinical fellows to deliver high-quality patient care and develop our ophthalmology services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outpatient clinics from different sites and surgical work from mainly Rochdale Infirmary
  • Contributing to the development of ophthalmic subspecialty work and leadership
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
