Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester

Salary: £11.66/hour (after 12 weeks: £11.96/hour)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Weekly rotating shift pattern)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a World Class Food Manufacturing company in Middleton. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating machines, labelling, end-of-line packing, completing relevant paperwork, quality control, and movement of raw materials and finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Label and package products accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to end-of-line packing and quality control processes
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Assist in the movement of raw materials and finished products

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, have previous experience in food manufacturing, and possess good attention to detail. Full training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

The site is a non-smoking site, including e-cigarettes.

Benefits:

Your working week is 39 hours, with breaks paid at £11.66 per hour. Any hours over 39 hours are paid at an overtime rate.
