Job Summary

This permanent contract position requires a skilled individual to work as part of a team in providing high-quality catering services to patients and staff within the Trust.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work flexibly, and possess a current level food hygiene certificate or be willing to work towards this qualification.

Main Responsibilities

Department working hours are predominantly between 7am to 3pm, involving some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as the service requires.

The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to work independently and travel to other sites to cover shifts.

Requirements

Catering experience is essential for this post.

Able to hold a current level food hygiene certificate.

The role offers a competitive salary of £20,625 - £22,853 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
