Experienced SEN Teacher Required for Special Needs School

Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled SEN Early Years Teacher to join a Special Needs school in Hemel Hempstead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering individualised lessons, in line with the children's care plans, to support their education and well-being.
The school's philosophy is centered around positive relationships and a person-centered approach, aiming to ensure every child receives a purposeful and engaging education.
The role will involve managing a team of Teaching Assistants and working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualised lessons for children with severe learning difficulties
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants to support children's education and well-being
- Manage and lead a team of Teaching Assistants
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching children with severe learning difficulties (advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual children's needs
- Strong leadership and management skills
