About the Role:

  • Delegate tasks to ensure personnel focus on high-priority activities, meeting delivery targets.
  • Clearly communicate productivity expectations to maximize resource capability.
  • Maintain schedules and records for all key plant maintenance.
  • Evaluate manufacturing methodologies for alignment with design intent.
  • Complete and record all manufacturing process documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of composites, their properties, and finishing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for composite trimming.
  • Previous experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
