\\Job Description
\As a Support Worker at Lifeways, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our service users. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence, and facilitating their participation in community activities.
\Your duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of service user's progress and participate in regular team meetings to discuss individual support plans.
\Required Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work or a related field\
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification\
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends\
- Good communication and interpersonal skills\
- Patience and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals\
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with electronic records systems\
- Possession of a valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)\
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations\
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support\
