Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead our technical team and drive the development of innovative flexible packaging products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the technical team, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and guidance to excel.
- Engage directly in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during production, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales, to ensure technical requirements are met across the business.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product performance.
- Provide technical expertise in client interactions, addressing specific packaging needs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical role within the flexible packaging industry, with substantial experience in a hands-on, team management capacity.
- Expertise in flexible packaging materials and production processes, with practical, hands-on application.
- A degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
