**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and patient-centric individual to join our operations team as a Rota and Clinic Coordinator. This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 days of work at our office and involves managing shift-based working for the operations team, managing annual leave or absence in the clinical team, and collating feedback and liaising with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage shift-based working for the operations team
  • Manage annual leave or absence in the clinical team
  • Collate feedback and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments
  • Maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
  • Shift-based and flexible working may be required from time to time

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
