About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, while upselling and promoting our products.
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to unload and unpack deliveries, and assist with stock takes as required.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
