Nursery Caregiver

At Strategy Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 Nursery Nurse to join our team on a daily supply basis in the Essex area. This exciting opportunity allows you to work within a variety of nursery settings across Chelmsford, Maldon, and Colchester, providing invaluable support and care to young children during their crucial developmental years.

• Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years in nursery settings.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent, previous experience working in nursery settings, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
