A unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled Test Automation Architect to join our Transformation function at Diligenta. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing test automation strategies to enhance Business Acceptance Testing for our client's transformation programmes.

We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded professional with a proven track record in test automation strategy and delivery. This individual will work closely with our offshore team to deliver a robust, sustainable, and scalable automation capability.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to Life and Pensions business, previous experience in defining and delivering test automation architecture and processes, and a broad range of knowledge across test automation and test management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting the direction and standards for test automation
  • Delivering process improvements as well as Identifying and managing risks
  • Working in accordance with Diligenta policies, client and regulatory requirements and operational frameworks
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of testing on programmes

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong exposure to Life and Pensions business
  • Previous experience in defining and delivering test automation architecture and processes
  • Broad range of knowledge across test automation and test management tools
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
