We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated EHCP Coordinator to join our Northampton Supported Internship team on a full-time basis.

As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the EHCP review process for existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality, up-to-date, and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice.

Additionally, you will support the Programme Coordinator with bringing in referrals to the programme by attending transitions events and meeting with prospective learners and families.

This role requires good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet timescales and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate EHCP review process
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure EHCP quality
  • Support Programme Coordinator with referrals
  • Attend transitions events and meet with prospective learners and families

Requirements

  • Professional conduct and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience of delivering against targets
  • Experience of being involved in an EHCP review process
  • Experience of working with young SEND learners
  • A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Good time management and planning skills
