Steelwork Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Steelwork Craftsman to join our team at ASF Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality steel, aluminium, and stainless steel products, including street furniture, gates, and handrails. Our modern workshop is equipped with advanced machine tools, and we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.

**Responsibilities:*** Fabricate steel, aluminium, and stainless steel products using MIG and TIG welding techniques
* Work from drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise results
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines and achieve quality standards

**Requirements:*** 3+ years of experience in steelwork fabrication and welding
* Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

**Benefits:*** Competitive salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 7 am - 5:30 pm)
