This position involves working as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team to deliver analytical operations that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated approach to communication, strong technical skills, and experience in ETL activity and customer contact technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will gather technical requirements from stakeholders and coach them to facilitate effective communication.
  • You will design and deliver analytical operations that support informed decision-making within the organisation.
  • You will work closely with colleagues in the Operations Hub and Customer Contact teams to ensure data integrity.
  • You will take ownership of delivering analytical operations in a timely manner, highlighting risks as appropriate.
  • You will represent the team in various projects, acting as a subject matter expert and offering advice and guidance.
  • You will share your technical skillset with peers across the business through coaching and training sessions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A confident communicator with excellent delivery skills.
  • A strong technical background with experience in manipulating large data sets and challenging existing processes.
  • Experience in ETL activity, ideally in a customer contact environment.
  • Familiarity with customer contact technology.
  • The ability to keep up-to-date with new products and data management techniques.
