Podiatrist Role

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our dynamic team in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire. As a senior practitioner, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex needs, including those requiring specialist diabetes foot care, nail surgery, and biomechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized treatment plans for patients in community clinical and secondary outpatient settings.
- Apply clinical reasoning to manage a varied caseload consisting of high-risk, diabetes, wound care, and biomechanics patients.
- Work alongside experienced podiatrists and participate in rotations for nail surgery, specialist diabetes foot care MDT clinics, and biomechanics.
- Provide a high standard of podiatric care to maintain tissue viability, mobility, and independence for high-risk patients or those with acute infections.
- Be responsible for prioritizing and supervising your own workload, as well as supporting and mentoring junior staff, students, and apprentices.
