Job Description

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the acquisition process, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic growth and achieve the annual growth target.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and acquiring new High Street and Shopping Centre stores across the UK.
  • Lead the acquisition process from initial conception through to legal completion.
  • Collaborate with the Property Director to achieve the annual growth target.
  • Manage external relationships with landlords, agents, building surveyors, and solicitors.
  • Provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in property acquisition, either from an owner or occupier perspective. A strong understanding of the property market and key performance drivers is also essential.
