Recruitment and Operations Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator/HR Assistant to step up into a HR Officer role with a Multi-Academy Trust based in Stourbridge. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of good practice, current legislation, and policy within education, as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for all HR-related queries
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment and onboarding activity
* Develop and deliver training to key stakeholders on safer recruitment, inductions, probation, T&C's, absences, wellbeing, and staff benefits
* Contribute to the review and development of the staff absence management policy and reporting procedure
* Process new starters, leavers, and contract variations
* Support payroll processes
Requirements
* Experience working within HR
* Ideally L5 CIPD (Support for qualification can be provided)
* Ideally experience working within the education sector
* Strong understanding of good practice, current legislation, and policy within education
* Excellent communication skills
Working Hours
The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week on-site with flexible start and finish times. Recent experience is required to apply for this role.
