Job Description

We're on the hunt for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at Paddy & Scott's, a leading coffee brand that's all about telling great stories and making a difference. As our first ever Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our brand forward and helping us continue to grow and thrive.

As a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and brand building, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, working closely with our team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our customers. You'll also be responsible for managing our social media presence, analyzing our marketing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

We're looking for someone who is a true marketing expert, with a deep understanding of our customers and the digital landscape. You'll need to be a creative problem-solver, a team player, and a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our marketing strategy, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with our team to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our customers
  • Analyze our marketing performance, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our marketing efforts
