Job Title: Data Platform Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Architect to lead the development and implementation of our data architecture strategy. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture principles and best practices, as well as strong leadership skills and technical expertise in cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the organisation's data architecture, ensuring it supports business objectives and data initiatives.
  • Oversee the selection of data tools and technologies, ensuring they are best suited for the Firm's needs and integrate well with existing systems.
  • Design and implement a scalable and efficient data platform that supports the Firm's Data & AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to develop an integrated data solution architecture that aligns with the Firm's broader IT strategy.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute a data architecture strategy.
  • Strong hands-on, technical experience in cloud-based data platforms.
  • Knowledge of a range of data technologies and tools used in data storage, processing, and analysis.
