The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as an Associate Director of Cost Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with our team of Chartered professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects across various sectors, including Retail, Commercial, Mixed Use, and Leisure developments
  2. Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations
  3. Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure project profitability
  4. Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  2. MRICS qualification
  3. At least 10 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  4. Excellent communication and client-facing skills
