Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer - Complex Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running, maintenance, and repairs of various refrigeration plants across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain refrigeration plants, including Ammonia-Glycol, Grasso, and CO2 systems.
  • Perform daily plant checks, including water sampling and testing.
  • Produce permits to work for contractors and oversee their work.
  • Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and rectify issues.
  • Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and record on the CMMS system.

Requirements:

  • Category 1 FGAS Certificate with previous on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum Level 2 Refrigeration related qualification.
  • Minimum Level 2 Electrical qualification with industrial experience.
  • Good mechanical ability with a Level 2 or greater certification.
  • Experience working with stock count and ordering systems.
