F&B Strategy Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a 12-month placement student. As the F&B Strategy Development professional, you will play a vital role in delivering and tracking the European F&B strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and drafting correspondence.
- Supporting stakeholders on key projects and maintaining critical path updates.
- Managing monthly content visits with a social media support agency.
- Traveling up to 20% for networking and industry events.
The ideal candidate will be working towards a degree within a hospitality discipline or have relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, is paramount for this role. A working knowledge of design skills, such as Photoshop, is also desirable.
