Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in Glasgow's City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have extensive surveying expertise, ranging from project to professional level, and a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on building/property concerns, including technical, financial, legal, sustainability, and restoration.
  • General Building Surveying, Contract Administration, and Project Management.
  • Monitor property deterioration, identify faults, and suggest repair strategies.
  • Deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Negotiate repairs or financial settlements as needed.
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams and handle instructions with care, maintaining detailed records.
Requirements:
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • At least 5 years postgraduate experience with proven technical delivery experience.
  • Significant exposure to lenders and investors, with good working relationships.
