About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists. This will involve operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods, as well as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. You will also be required to test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently and monitor food quality while preparing food.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent culinary skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should also be able to work effectively in a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time, reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
