Safeguarding Specialist Nurse/Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Nurse to join our Cared for Children Health Team. This is a 12-month fixed-term/part-time opportunity to work with a dedicated team addressing the health needs of looked after children.
Main Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective services for safeguarding and looked after children across our organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the health needs of looked after children are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the health outcomes of looked after children.
- Contribute to the development of the safeguarding and looked after children service.
- Participate in multi-agency working to ensure the best possible outcomes for looked after children.
