About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable people to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting our Clients

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Support with medication and help clients to maintain their independence.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.

Working as Part of a Team

  • Work collaboratively with our close-knit care team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (weekdays) and £13.84 (weekends) + 25p mileage.
