About the Role
The Financial Controller will be responsible for the overall financial management of the business and work closely with the Managing Director to maintain the company's long-term business & operational objectives.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to ensure effective financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day management of a small finance team.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the growth and profitability while maintaining the highest financial standards.
About You
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven management experience in a commercial environment, ideally within manufacturing.
Proven experience of effective planning and organisation skills, excellent IT skills, and experience of providing financial information at senior level.
