About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative for Charity Link, you will be the public face of our organization, interacting with the public to secure regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with the public, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public at high-footfall venues, shows, and events to promote our charitable causes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure long-term support.
  • Meet and exceed monthly fundraising targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as direct sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for making a difference.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate Saturdays.
