Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our team in Grove, Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our next generation CFD workflows and processes, maximising our capabilities and delivering effective CFD workflows that put performance on the car.

As a Lead Engineer, you will take ownership of the CFD workflow and lead a group of engineers to deliver our next generation CFD process. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Aerodynamics Department, Correlation, and Methodology teams to understand the requirements and opportunities that exist. With the Head of CFD and other Senior Engineers you will contribute to the strategy and roadmaps for the CFD process and align projects with defined goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to develop the overall architecture for an optimised end-to-end CFD process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and opportunities to maximise efficiency and knowledge extraction.
  • Work with hardware, software, process, and IT engineers to develop technical solutions for the CFD workflow using latest technologies integrated into the wider digital workspace.
  • Contribute to defining longer-term strategies for the CFD pipeline and toolkits.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a subsidised restaurant, on-site gym, and free parking.
