We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Product Innovation Manager - Driving Digital Growth to spearhead our efforts in accelerating digital innovation. As a key member of the MCX - Customer & Commercial function, you will be responsible for driving standardization and customer-centric culture change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive standardization and customer-centric culture change.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in progressively responsible roles related to product management.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide technology projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
What We Offer:
