About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Post Delivery Associate to join our team at Royal Mail Group.

Job Summary: As a Post Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that all deliveries are made with a high level of customer service
  • Manage a busy delivery schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parcels

What We Offer:

  • Competitive monthly salary
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
  • 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)
  • Full uniform provided
