Asset Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Data Analyst to join our team at Watmos Community Homes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Head of Asset Management with the development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy and Investment Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement robust data collection and validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Analyze performance across all service delivery areas within Asset Management to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Asset Management to develop and implement the Watmos Zero Carbon strategy.
  • Develop and maintain the department's databases to ensure effective delivery of asset investment programmes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the new Decent Homes and HHSRS standards.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining asset databases.
  • Knowledge of stock condition surveys and building regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly IT literate with excellent written communication and grammatical skills.
