We are seeking a skilled Chemical Mixing Operative to manufacture our formulations at our facility. The purpose of this role is to meet planned volumes and targets while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh and blend chemicals according to specified formulations and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
  • Complete daily manufacturing to a production plan.
  • Clean mixing vessels.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met at every stage of manufacture.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of housekeeping, accurate formulation records, and participating in H&S meetings and tool box talks. They will also need to use scales and production machinery accurately, following training and adhering to company policies.

Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use initiative.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certified forklift truck license (training can be provided).
  • Experience in manufacturing or process industry desirable.
