About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including design, construction, and handover.

Requirements

  • ARB registered Architect with significant experience in managing projects and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction types, and UK planning and building regulations.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in using these tools to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success.
