We contribute to prominent engineering projects in the UK, providing systems engineering expertise through the application of rigorous principles. Our key projects include MBSE support to submarine programmes, adaptive camouflage for the British Army, and architectural support on Typhoon and F-35 platforms.

The Role:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, delivering solutions to our customers. In this role, you will support technical project work, enhance your project management skills, and be involved in team leadership of junior engineers if desired. We also offer the chance to work on projects exploring novel technologies at the concept phase.

Our Requirement:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered numerous projects and played a key or lead role in at least one of them.

You must be organised, hardworking, and possess good communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and be open to new ideas and ways of working.

We are interested in any experience of the following skills:

• Requirements analysis and management
• MBSE approaches and tools
• Systems integration
• Synthetic environments and models
• Knowledge of systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)

Please note that due to the nature of our projects, we can only accept UK National candidates who will need to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
