Lead Afloat Activities Programme

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to lead our afloat activities programme at Port Edgar Boat Station. As Chief Instructor, you will develop and deliver activities across sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, paddle sports, and rowing for cadet and adult members of the Sea Cadets.

The successful candidate will have expert-level knowledge and ability across a range of water sport disciplines and a strong awareness of health and safety policy and regulation. They will also have experience in managing a team and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver activities across sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, paddle sports, and rowing
  • Manage a team of volunteers, casual instructors, and cadet instructors
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for participants
