We are seeking an exceptional Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team at beBee Professionals in Archway. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and interview top talent for various roles across diverse industries.
- Builid and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment management system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
