At Grandir UK, we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Kiddi Caru in St George. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years and a passion for delivering engaging and stimulating experiences for our young learners. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing environment that supports the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery environment.
  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
  • Ensure that all children receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Prepare and support children's activities.
  • In the absence of the Team/Room Leader, maintain effective day-to-day management of the environment.
  • Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Support and mentor students and un-qualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
